Keep your history. Change the app.

The biggest reason people stay with a tracker they no longer trust is the years of entries inside it. You can bring them along, and the file never leaves your phone.

1. Export from your current app

Clue and Flo both offer an export of your data in their settings or through their support pages. The exact menu changes between versions, so follow their current help page, and the sourced steps on Leaving Flo and Leaving Clue. You want a CSV file that has a date column and a period or flow column. Clue’s current official download is JSON, which this importer does not read.

2. Import it in iWoman

Save the file to the Files app, then open iWoman and go to Extras › Import / Export › Import Clue or Flo CSV. The import runs on the phone. Nothing is uploaded, to us or to anyone else, because there is nowhere to upload it to.

What comes across

  • Period days and flow intensity, which rebuild your cycles and predictions.
  • Notes, if the file has a notes or comment column.
  • Dates written as 2026-03-14, 2026/03/14, 14.03.2026 or with slashes; ambiguous slash dates are read the way your region writes them.
  • Files saved as UTF-8, UTF-16 or older Western encodings.

Other entries (symptoms, temperatures, tests) are not imported yet. If a day already has a period logged in iWoman, the app asks before replacing it.

3. Delete the old account

Importing copies your history; it does not remove it from the other service. If you want it gone there, delete your account in that app as well. Its own privacy policy explains what it keeps after deletion. The steps each of these apps publishes, checked against their own pages:
