The privacy policy says you can request access to personal information by contacting them. The health-data privacy policy says you can access health data, or email support@stardust.app. Neither page, nor the terms, describes a button that downloads a file. This page does not invent one.

iWoman’s importer does not read a Stardust file. Switch to iWoman is for a Clue or Flo style CSV only.

Delete the account

The terms of use say you can delete the account by emailing support@stardust.app, and also by the procedure inside the service. Deletion removes account data except where the law requires them to keep it, and the account cannot be reinstated. The privacy policy says users can delete information through app settings. The health-data policy says health data can be deleted with the delete button in the profile, or by emailing support@stardust.app.

The privacy policy says personal information may be transferred from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland to the United States, using standard contractual clauses. The health-data policy says contact information is stored separately from health data, which is stored against a random account ID.

iWoman does not delete anything at Stardust.
