Get a copy
How to download your Natural Cycles data says you download from a link on that page by entering the account email and password. They send two emails. The first has a compressed folder of CSV files, including daily entries such as temperatures and period entries. The second is a record of interactions with the app, and they say it can take up to 30 days. The same article describes a Cycle Report PDF from the Today tab, See Cycle Insights, Download Cycle Report.
Those CSVs are Natural Cycles’ layout. iWoman’s importer is written for a Clue or Flo style CSV, so do not assume this file will import. Switch to iWoman says what the importer actually reads.
Delete the account
How to delete your Natural Cycles account says: top menu, My account, Delete account, then confirm with the password or Face ID. Deletion is permanent and logged data cannot be restored. Their data-protection article says that, under GDPR, they anonymize sensitive data and delete identifying personal data three years after someone stops using the service, and that you can ask for deletion sooner.
iWoman does not delete anything at Natural Cycles.
