Leaving Flo.
Steps below are Flo’s own, copied from the pages linked here. Menus change. If a screen does not match, use their page, not this one.

Get a copy
Flo’s help article How do I get a copy of my data? (updated 24 April 2026) says to open Flo, tap your avatar, tap Help, scroll down, tap Contact us, and ask for an export. It says the copy can be a TXT file or a JSON file, and that Anonymous Mode has to be turned off by registering an account before an export is possible.
Flo’s Your data and privacy page describes the same request through the Help chat, and says the file is password-protected and, in almost all cases, emailed within one month.
That JSON or TXT file is not the CSV iWoman imports. Switch to iWoman only reads a CSV with a date column and a period or flow column. If Flo’s file is not that CSV, keep it for yourself; do not expect the importer to take it.
Delete the account
Flo currently publishes two menus. The help article How can I delete my account? (updated 24 April 2026) says: avatar, Privacy settings, Delete account. The data and privacy page says: Settings, My Account, Delete Account. Follow whichever screen you actually see, and request the copy first. Both pages say deletion cannot be undone.
The data and privacy page says personal identifiers are unlinked when you submit the request, and that complete deletion across Flo’s systems may take up to 90 days. It also says data can be kept longer when the law requires it. The same page says an inactive account can be kept for three years.
iWoman does not delete anything at Flo. This page is only the steps Flo publishes.
