This is Period Tracker from GP International LLC, the app whose privacy policy is on gpapps.com. Other apps use the same name. If yours is not this one, these steps do not apply.

Get a copy

The GP Apps privacy policy says you can download user-provided data from app settings, Reports, Export Notes to Email. It does not describe a full-history CSV. iWoman’s importer will not treat that email as a Clue or Flo CSV. Switch to iWoman says what will import.

Delete the account

The same policy says registration is optional, and that an account and its data are deleted from their servers via app settings, the account page, Delete account. Deleting the account is also how they say you withdraw consent. Deleting the app from the phone deletes data the phone holds. It is a separate step from deleting the account. Online backup files and account information are kept for as long as the account exists.

iWoman does not delete anything at GP Apps.
